Yen is mainly streaming Art and Horror games... or Roblox pressure. They're a polyglot but their content is only in English. No gender, no nationality, no preferred pronouns, nothing -- You're free to perceive Yen as you desire. Yen is whatever you want them to be.
Yen is disabled; dealing with chronic illness and a fun combo of mental illness because one thing wasn't enough, always an overachiever. For comfort, they're an otaku collector with multiple hyperfixations and comfort characters -- these characters help Yen a lot emotionally, and make them very happy ♡
Their voice and accent tend to shift often spawning the famous "guess the gender/nationality" mini game with strangers. Sometimes it's due to mirroring whoever they're listening to, or they're nervous, tired, more sensitive, etc. Whatever it is, it's nothing out of the ordinary.
They don't quite fit in, a bit of a walking contradiction -- they're extroverted but have severe anxiety -- they want deep emotional connection but are horrified at the thought of getting close to anyone. And that is ok. There is peace in solitude. Your own love will keep you warm.

During this time I keep my queue updated, so refrain from asking me directly unless it's been a month since the last update.› I have a very bad anxiety disorder and stress very easily, which causes the illness to worsen, please give me my space.
I do freelance full time. So ETA tend to be short. Work gets slower depending on treatments or if my illness flares up.› By commissioning me you confirm that you have the right to use the characters that you provide.› Our relationship is strictly professional, please do not try to befriend me. My username is not literal.› By commissioning, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.› I may re-use generic emote ideas/poses or scrapped sketches for future projects if another client asks me or for YCHs.› Failure to provide payment 3 times will result in you getting blacklisted. ✦.REFERENCE IMAGES

✦.TIMELINE & PROCESS

› The completion of the Work (ONCE STARTED) requires 1 week at minimum, and may typically average 2 day to 2 weeks for flat colors or up to 5 weeks for polished work, depending on complexity and workload.› Deadlines are not accepted as I my illness is unpredictable.› There may be 1 sketch revision for each item shown during the sketch phase, not including mistakes made by me.
Revision later in the process can only be minor or you'll be charged a fee.
Multiple heavy sketch changes will be charged with a fee and discarded sketches will be sold as YCH later.› Delivery of finished Work will be through email.

✦.COMMUNICATION

› If you are having a hard time verbalizing your request, please gather image references or draw a stick figure doodle to help in your presentation. Please don't use over complicated English, it's not my first language. I don't care how many big words you know. Make things simple please.› Communication will take place throughout the entire project timeline with updates and bouncing ideas.
I will typically ask for feedback when I have something to show. I will personally let you know if anything is causing delays.› I will use Trello board to track status to facilitate communications. ✦.RIGHTS, USAGE & CREDITS

〃✦ ┆Artist Rights› I retain original copyright and ownership of the Work, which includes but may not be limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the Work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion.› I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.› I will post WIPs and the finished artwork wherever I please unless stated otherwise. ✦.COMERCIAL USE

› Unless specified in the commission information or otherwise discussed and agreed upon, commercial licenses and reselling rights are not included.› Commercial means usage on streams, broadcast content, or any monetized work (i.e. including but not exclusive to: merchandise, monetized videos, music releases); and reselling rights means selling the Work to another party or another platform or on any platform.› Commercial licenses require additional charges of i.e. 100%+3x on a case-by-case basis / as listed in the commission information.

✦.PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION, REFUNDS

〃✦ ┆Payment› Before starting the project, the Client pays in full upfront.
Prices are in EURO (€), and paid via Paypal.› You may send payment through paypal when Work is ready to begin. Do not send a payment without my request.› By engaging on any project, once Work has started, or transactions have been made through Paypal or any payment service provider, the Client acknowledges the product and deliverables are DIGITAL and there is no physically shipped good to receive.
