Process
For reference sheets you only pay what you ask for. You tell me what you want your reference to look like, which elements you want in them and I'll give you a quote.
Above you'll see some prices you can expect. Prices vary depending on the detail of the character and extras.Zoomed in details
Base being 10 euro, popular ones being: maws, paws/beans, taints, genitals etc.
If the item doesn't require much additional work load, it can be knocked down in price or free, up to my discretion."Small details" examples

You'll be sent multiple WIPs to ensure things such as body type, size, colors, etc. are all in place. I don't like to rush work for the sake of fast delivery though so instead of 2 days I may take 4-5 days instead, for example, if I feel like the project benefits from the extra time and care.✦. The completion of the Work (ONCE STARTED) requires 2 week at minimum, and may typically average 2 days to 2 weeks for flat colors or up to 4 weeks for full shaded work.✦. Deadlines are not accepted as my illness is unpredictable.✦. Revisions
✧ There is 1 sketch revision for each item shown during the sketch phase. We can and will do multiple revisions, if necessary.
✧ Revision later in the process can only be minor or you'll be charged a fee; you will always be warned beforehand.
✧ Multiple heavy sketch changes will be charged with a fee and discarded sketches may be sold to the public as any work produced belongs to me.✦. Finished work
Delivery of finished Work will be through email or telegram, your preference. You are purchasing a digital item - no physical item will be delivered to you.

✦.COMUNICATION

✧ If you are having a hard time verbalizing your request, please gather image references or draw a stick figure doodle to help in your presentation. Please don't use over complicated English, it's not my first language.✧ Communication will take place throughout the entire project timeline with updates and bouncing ideas. I will typically ask for feedback when I have something to show. I will personally let you know if anything is causing delays.✧ I will use Trello board to track status to facilitate communications. I will typically respond quickly (less than 24 hours).

✦.RIGHTS, USAGE & CREDITS

〃✦ ┆ Artist Rights✧ I retain original copyright and ownership of the Work, which includes but may not be limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the Work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion.✧ I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.✧ I will post WIPs and the finished artwork wherever I please unless stated otherwise. Please state if your commission is private/surprise !!〃✦ ┆ Client Rights✧ Clients are granted exclusive rights for personal use of the Work produced as agreed upon, which must not be transferred to any other parties. Personal use includes:
(ex: Social media profile pictures, signatures, wallpapers, personal website display, social media posts, print for personal use) that is not for sale or distribution to any other party.✧ Clients may not at any time modify, edit, change the Work without permission. (besides cropping, adding to stream advertisements, etc.) This is to prevent responsibility if the client adds hate symbols, messages or the like that I don't want to be associated or agree with.✧ Clients may not claim Work as their own therefore must credit me as the Artist using my social tag/username/link.〃✦ ┆ Commercial use
✧ Commercial usage is a one time fee of 1000 EUR. You are then allowed to sell merchandise with my art on it.〃✦ ┆ AI use
✧ When you buy art from me, you are NOT buying the rights to the work. To purchase the rights to upload your commission into AI the clients are required to pay a 700.000 EUR fee per artwork.

✦.PAYMENT, CANCELATION, REFUNDS

✧ Before starting the project, the Client pays in full upfront.
Prices are in EURO (€), and paid via Paypal.✧ You may send payment through paypal when Work is ready to begin. Do not send a payment without my request.✧ By engaging on any project, once Work has started, or transactions have been made through Paypal or any payment service provider, the Client acknowledges the product and deliverables are DIGITAL and there is no physically shipped good to receive. Chargebacks are not permitted and the refund policy as mentioned will be followed.〃✦ ┆Cancellation & Refund
✧ Cancellation can be done during waiting list phase. Depending on your reasoning, you may be black listed for future project.✧ Once Work begins, refunds are not possible unless initiated or authorized by the Artist.✧ If for any unforeseen reason I cannot complete the Work or the Work is significantly delayed by 6 months (Paypal's buyer protection limit) I will take initiative to inform you, and, if the client desires, provide a partial refund if Work done up to this point is accepted or full refund.
